Selected by the Plant Maintenance Manager Committee. Presented Directly to Ethanol Plant Maintenance Leaders.

The TEAM M3 Breakfast & Learn and Lunch & Learn Sessions provide exclusive opportunities to present directly to ethanol plant maintenance managers and operations professionals in a focused, closed-door, producer-driven environment. All presentations are selected exclusively by the Plant Maintenance Manager Committee based on their educational value, technical merit, and relevance to the real-world maintenance challenges facing today’s ethanol plants.

These sessions are designed to deliver practical, actionable insights that plant maintenance managers can immediately apply at their facilities.

Topics may include:

  • reliability improvements
  • predictive maintenance
  • equipment optimization
  • safety, troubleshooting
  • process enhancements
  • case studies
  • innovative technologies that improve plant performance and reduce downtime

Interested in Presenting?

Companies interested in either a Breakfast & Learn or Lunch & Learn session must submit a speaker abstract for review by the Plant Maintenance Manager Committee.

Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, July 10
Presentation opportunities are awarded based on technical content and educational merit. Sales-focused presentations or product pitches will not be considered. The committee is seeking presentations that educate, inform, and provide practical value to ethanol producers.

If your presentation is selected by the Plant Maintenance Manager Committee, the Breakfast & Learn or Lunch & Learn sponsorship fee is $1,795. Participation is limited to TEAM M3 vendors, and companies must purchase a vendor table to be eligible to present.

Selected Presenters Receive:
  • A dedicated 30-minute Breakfast & Learn or Lunch & Learn presentation slot
  • The opportunity to present exclusively to an audience of ethanol plant maintenance managers and operations professionals
  • Recognition in the official conference agenda and event materials
  • Audio/visual support provided by the conference
  • The ability to showcase practical maintenance solutions, innovative technologies, and proven operational best practices in a highly engaged, producer-focused environment
