Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

  • On or before June 11, 2026 (60+ days prior to August 10, 2026)
    Registrants will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
  • June 12 - July 10, 2026 (59–31 days prior)
    Registrants will receive a 75% refund of the paid registration (25% retained as a cancellation fee)
  • On or after July 11, 2026 (30 days or less prior to the conference)
    No refunds or credits will be issued

Additional Terms

  • Substitutions may be made at any time at no additional charge
  • No-shows will not receive a refund
  • All refunds will be processed after the event
  • BBI International reserves the right to modify event format if necessary; registrations will remain valid
